End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and the developer of this application.

  • Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the application.

4. Subscriptions and Purchases

Certain features may require a paid subscription or one-time purchase.

Payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Subscription management and cancellation can be performed through your account settings on the applicable platform.

5. Ownership

The application, including all software, designs, graphics, logos, and intellectual property rights, remains the property of the developer.

This Agreement grants only a license to use the application and does not transfer ownership.

6. Third-Party Services

The application may use third-party services including:

  • Google AdMob
  • Firebase
  • RevenueCat

Your use of such services may also be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

7. Privacy

Your use of the application is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how information is collected, used, and protected.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation of the application.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the application.

10. Termination

This Agreement remains effective until terminated.

We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these terms.

Upon termination, all rights granted under this Agreement will immediately cease.

11. Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the application after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
